- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people are selfish and rude as hell. I drove around all day since 8 am getting all the "necessary" paperwork to change my I.D. from Alabama to Mississippi. I've been in here once before with a friend that was doing the same thing and it took two minutes at the most. So I was able to get there before 5 o'clock which their business hours says they close at 5 o'clock so in reality they were still considered "open". So after the stressful day I'm expecting to walk in here and get my picture taken and leave two minutes later before they are even closed. But then they tell me they can't do anything with IDs after 4:30. Next time before they make me drive around the whole city getting everything that I need to change my ID they should probably let me know that I should be there before 4:30 . They were completely rude and I will not be back.By A Luker, September 12, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Went here today to renew my driver's license. The kind lady that helped me was named Meaghan. She was very nice and professional. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the SECOND time I've attempted to obtain a driver's license in this God-forsaken state!! After going to a whole lot of trouble to get all the "necessary" documentation from the list they provided to make this happen, and guess what??? It STILL didn't happen and do you know why?? Because my birth certificate didn't have a state file number on it!!! WTH??? Apparently, you need to call the state of your birth (i.e. State courthouse), get connected to the vital records department, and request a birth certificate with a freaking state file number on it, which I'm SURE isn't going to be free!!
